C2Pay is a web application that can be deployed and implemented on the client’s intranet. It has an ergonomic and friendly interface enabling the input automation. It manages domestic, cross-border, and treasury transfers. It enables to process mass transfers while guaranteeing security and control of the payments. The connection to the platform is guaranteed by an authentication process of the user/password. This can also be done biometrically.
C2PAY: ACCOUNT POWER MANAGEMENT, SERVICES, OPERATIONS
The rights, roles, and permissions are defined in the application: by account, by service, and by operation.The permissions are based on the user’s role, type of payment, and amount of payment:
The different types of users are defined during the implementation and the setup of the parameters. These types can be: administrator, account administrator, conversion engine administrator, input operator, approver, signer.

C2Pay guarantees the permanent updates of the transaction activity (ACK, NACK, delivery notification, etc.).

- C2Pay creates transactions via a direct input or via a predefined model. The transactions can also be automatically imported from external systems (ERP for example).
- C2Pay manages domestic, cross-border, and treasury transfers. It enables to process mass transfers while guaranteeing security and control of the payments.
- The connection to the platform is guaranteed by an authentication process of the user/password. This can also be done biometrically.
- C2Pay manages the user’s rights and roles, based on the company’s internal parameters. It manages simple or double signatures, threshold signatures, types of signature, etc.
- C2Pay is equipped of a “parapheur”, which enables the signer to accept, refuse, repair or to put on hold any input.
- C2Pay allows a total traceability of the transactions. It includes the following tools:
- transfers database and archives,
- monitoring of communication and treatment,
- audit trail/log tracking.
- C2Pay will soon integrate the Swift personal signature (S3Key). It will therefore delete all confirmations by fax/letter, and secure the processing of transactions at its best.
