History

BAS initial idea was to manage global visibility, liquidity, and risk throughout the company, as well as to enable the company to aggregate all kinds of information flows into a sophisticated analytical platform, automatically, without any human intervention.

Based on this idea, the founders of BAS – each of whom has a solid experience in the fields of audit, cash management, treasury and financial control – have developed their first solution: C2Box.

Telecom Sud Paris and Incuballiance (Ecole Polytechnique, Université d’Orsay, HEC, EADS) support BAS development. BAS has been selected as a technology pioneer by the global center of competitiveness Finance Innovation and by Oseo.

A first fundraising was accomplished in 2009 with a major investment fund in order to support BAS growth and international implementation.

BAS is powered also by a strong and strategic partnership with Swift.
